<p>Lymph node shows caseating granulomas rich in epithelioid cells & Langhan's giant cells. Picture is consistent with a tuberculous etiology. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Right cervical Lymphadenopathy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Lymph node measured 1.5x1.3x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Cervical lymph node, excision biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Caseating granulomatous lymphadenitis (tuberculosis). </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
