Diagnosis
<p>Materials received is entirely formed of blood clots entrapping scattered islands of inflammatory cells composed of neutrophils, lymphocytes, plasma cells and histiocytes. Other areas revealed fibrotic tissue. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy in submitted material.</p>
<p>History of lower lamb weakness for 6 months, presented with large midline mass, occupying sacral canal and neural exit.</p>
<p>Hemorrhagic fragments of collective size 4.5x3.8x1 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Midline mass related to sacral canal, excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Blood clots and chronic suppurative inflammation. </strong></li><li><strong>Negtaive for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
