<p class="ql-align-justify">1&2 Myometrial tumors are benign leiomyomas formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. No evidence of endometrial tissue. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Multiple uterine fibroids with suspected adenomyosis.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two specimens were received:</p><p class="ql-align-justify">1- Multiple well circumscribed rubbery masses collectively measured 12x11x4 cm, with the largest measured 5x4.5x4cm.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">2- Fragments collectively measured 1x0.8x0.5 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><u>Uterus, myomectomy:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Leiomyomas.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
