<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections show a well-circumscribed dermal cyst lined by stratified squamous epithelium with a distinct granular layer. The cystic cavity is filled with lamellated keratin. The surrounding stroma and overlying epithelium are unremarkable, with no evidence of atypia, inflammation, or malignancy.</p>
<p>Back cyst, ? sebaceous cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Partially covered soft tissue piece measured 1.5x1x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Back cyst, Excision Biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Epidermal inclusion cyst (Epidermoid cyst). </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
