Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue show islands of hyperplastic, focally cystically dilated, endometrial glands and compact endometrial stroma seen amongst collagen bundles and adipose tissue. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Post-cesarean section complaining of pain at the left angle of the C-S scar with a palpable hard mass, provisionally diagnosed as scar endometriosis, for which an excisional biopsy has been performed.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue piece measured 2.8x1.3x1.2 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Abdominal wall lesion, Excision: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Endometriosis. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
