Menorrhagia.
Panhysterectomy specimen: uterus measuring 8.5 x 7 x 5.8 cm, which, upon sectioning, revealed a myometrium measuring 2.8 cm in thickness and containing one fibroid mass, the largest of which measured 1.5 x 1.3 cm. The endometrium measured 1.3 cm in thickness, and the cervix measured 2.5 cm in length. The right and left ovaries measured 3 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm and 3.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm, respectively, with both exhibiting a unilocular cyst that measured 1.5 cm on the right and 1 cm on the left. The right and left fallopian tubes measured 5 cm and 5.5 cm in length, respectively, and both appeared grossly unremarkable.
