Diagnosis
<p>1- Myometrial tumors are benign leiomyomas formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. No evidence of endometrial tissue. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p>History of infertility presented with multiple uterine myomas and an endometrial polyp.</p>
<p>Two containers were received:</p><p>1- Multiple well-circumscribed rubbery masses collectively measured 6 x 5 x 2 cm, the largest measured 3 x 2.5 x 2 cm.</p><p>2- Multiple soft tissue fragments collectively measured 2 x 1.5 x0.7 cm, totally embedded. </p>
