<p class="ql-align-justify">A benign polypoid lesion covered by non-keratinizing stratified squamous epithelium. Core is fibrotic, vascular and shows focal dense infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Vulval swelling with swollen remnants of hymen and mucous discharge.</p>
<p>Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 0.7x0.6x0.5 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Vulval lesion, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Fibroepithelial polyp, inflamed.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
