<p class="ql-align-justify">Epithelium shows abrupt thickening. Squamous cells in this thickened area show loss of upward maturation and exhibit scattered mitosis and mild anaplasia. Basement membrane is dominantly intact but some foci show evidence of subepithelial microinvasion by atypical squamous cell groups. Anaplasia and mitosis are moderate.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">Due to fragmented nature of the submitted material, assessment of margins of excision is not possible.</p>
<p>Lt eye brow lesion, suspected epithelioma.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two soft tissue fragments collectively measured 0.9x0.7x0.3 cm, totally embedded.</p>
