Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Superficial biopsy material with abundant detached debris, exhibiting acellular, lamellated eosinophilic keratin. Detached tinغ fragments of underlying wound bed shows fibrovascular stroma with a dense proliferation of delicate, thin-walled capillaries lined by plump endothelial cells, consistent with granulation tissue formation. A dense inflammatory cell infiltrate, composed of neutrophils, lymphocytes, and histiocytes, is present throughout. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>
<p>Lt. foot ulcer with pus formation.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1.8x1.3x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Skin, Lt. foot, biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Active chronic inflammatory ulceration. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
