Endometrium is non-secretory, it is formed of branching glands exhibiting moderate cystic dilatation with focal crowdness. Glands are lined by 1-3 layers of cells in a compact stroma. No evidence of complex glandular pattern, atypia or malignancy. Some of these hyperplastic glands are seen embedded within deep myometrium. Ovaries shows cystic follicles. Cervix and fallopian tubes are unremarkable.
