<p class="ql-align-justify">Fragments of bone and soft tissue are infiltrated by an invasive tumor formed of solid groups of large malignant epithelial cells with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm. Cells show vesicular nuclei, marked anaplasia and active mitosis. Picture is consistent with metastasis from previously diagnosed cervical tumor.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Known patient with cervical tumor. Exact site of biopsy was not indicated.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue and bone fragments collectively measured 5x4x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Bone and soft tissue biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><p><strong>Metastatic undifferentiated carcinoma, high grade, consistent with origin from previously diagnosed cervical cancer.</strong></p>
