Most of fragments are of keratin debri and detached unremarkable surface stratified squamous epithelium with focal minimally represented invasive skin carcinoma formed of solid groups of active basaloid cells exhibiting mild anaplasia and peripheral palisading of their nuclei. No evidence of lymphovascular or perineural invasion.
