Submitted cores show a fibroepithelial lesion formed of proliferating breast ducts with bland looking epithelial ductal cells. Separating stroma is diffusely hyalinized and hypocellular. Picture is consistent with a fibroepithelial lesion which could be a ancient fibroadenoma, fibroadenomatoid mastopathy or phyllodes tumor.
