Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Minor salivary gland neoplasm with a mixed solid and cystic architectural pattern infiltrating fibrovascular stroma, with triphasic cell population of mucous, intermediate, and epidermoid cells. Variable-sized cystic spaces filled with mucinous material are lined by columnar mucous cells with clear, vacuolated cytoplasm and basally located nuclei. Interspersed solid sheets and nests are dominated by uniform intermediate cells with scant cytoplasm, which transition into polygonal epidermoid cells with distinct cell borders and eosinophilic cytoplasm. The stroma exhibits focal hyalinization, mild chronic inflammation, and scattered hemosiderin-laden macrophages. Cystic areas are not identified. No evidence of lymphovascular or perineural invasion.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoidal, destructive bony mass lesion with soft tissue involvement on the left hard palate.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 2.3x2x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
