Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Exophytic skin lesion showing papillary formations of hyperkeratotic and markedly acanthotic stratified squamous epithelium densely rich in melanin pigment. There are multiple horn pseudocysts. Upper dermis shows focal infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. No evidence of malignancy and excision of lesion looks complete.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Chronic skin lesion under the left eye that has recently increased in size. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragment measured 1.4x0.9x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt. cheeck skin lesion, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Pigmented acanthotic seborrheic keratosis</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
