It is formed of moderately branching glands separated by cellular stroma exhibiting pseudodecidual change possibly due to hormone therapy. Glands are lined by 1-2 layers of cells. No evidence of complex glandular pattern.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Thickened endometrium with irregular outline.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 3x2.8x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Endometrial biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Moderate simple endometrial hyperplasia with diffuse stromal pseudodecidualization.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for atypia and malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
