<p class="ql-align-justify">One cyst show a benign paratubal cyst lined by a single layer of ciliated Müllerian-type epithelium resting on a vascularized fibromuscular wall, consistent with a hydatid cyst of Morgagni. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify">Another cyst shows fibrotic cyst wall lined by a single layer of cuboidal non-mucigenic cells. No evidence of epithelial piling up or cytological atypia. Fallopian tube is unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify">Other cyst is lined by several layers of polygonal luteinized cells with interstitial hemorrhage into wall. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Lower abdominal pain and found on imaging to have a multilocular, multiseptated right ovarian cyst with thick internal contents (highly suspicious for an endometriotic or complicated cyst) along with a left corpus luteum cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Three intact cysts collectively measured 6.5x5.5x3 cm, the largest measuring 4x3.5x3 cm, filled with gelatinous material.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Bilateral ovarian cystectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Inclusion cyst of Morgagni. </strong></li><li><strong>Ovarian simple serous cyst. </strong></li><li><strong>Hemorrhagic luteal cyst. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for endometriosis. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
