One cyst show a benign paratubal cyst lined by a single layer of ciliated Müllerian-type epithelium resting on a vascularized fibromuscular wall, consistent with a hydatid cyst of Morgagni. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.
Another cyst shows fibrotic cyst wall lined by a single layer of cuboidal non-mucigenic cells. No evidence of epithelial piling up or cytological atypia. Fallopian tube is unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.
Other cyst is lined by several layers of polygonal luteinized cells with interstitial hemorrhage into wall. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.
