<p>Smears show unremarkable squamous cells, satisfactory for evaluation with present endocervical / transformation zone components. There is associated moderate inflammatory changes. No evidence of viral, fungal or trichomonal infection. No evidence of atypical or malignant cells.</p>
<p>Pap smear.</p>
<p>Received two unstained smears were submitted labeled as ectocervix and endocervix, both are stained for cytology examination.</p>
