Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fragments of degenerated decidua, fetal membranes and enlarged, edematous and focally avascular chorionic villi exhibiting cystic degeneration of their cores (cistern formation). Fetal tissues are noted composed of fetal cartilage, Neuro-epithelium and fetal mesenchyme. No evidence of trophoblastic hyperplasia or atypia. No evidence of malignancy. Follow up till normalization of Beta hCG is recommended.</p>
<p>Suspected vesicular mole.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 5.5x4.5x1.5, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Uterine contents, D & C:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hydatidiform mole, partial type. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
