Diagnosis
<p>Breast tissue shows preserved normal lobular pattern with stromal fibrosis, ectatic ducts, cystic change and adenosis. There is focal ulceration of the epithelial lining of cysts with related infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. Cytologic features are unremarkable. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Lt breast cystic lesion contain clear fluid.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fibrofatty tissue measured 3.5x3x2.5 cm, showing cyst measured 2.8x2.5 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Breast cyst, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Fibrocystic mastopathy, inflamed.</strong></li><li><strong>Associated duct ectasia.</strong></li><li><strong>No evidence of malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
