<p class="ql-align-justify">Cyst wall lined by a thin, uniform layer of non-keratinized stratified squamous epithelium, two to four cells thick, presenting a flat epithelial-connective tissue interface. The underlying fibrous capsule consists of dense collagen bundles with scattered fibroblasts and small blood vessels, showing no significant inflammation. Adherent to the capsule are fragments of trabecular and woven bone from the cortical plate. No cellular atypia or malignancy is identified.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Large cyst in the upper jaw (maxilla) associated with an impacted canine tooth.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragment measured 2x1.7x0.5 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Maxillary Jaw Lesion, biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Dentigerous Cyst.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
