However, no evidence of chorionic villi, fetal membranes or other conception products. This changes possibly due to hormone therapy. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Expelled uterine contents. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One bloody soft tissue fragment measured 4x1.5x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
