Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Nodular hyperplasia of prostatic glands and the fibromuscular stroma. Glands exhibit focal cystic change with epithelial infoldings. The normal lobular pattern is preserved and cytologic features are unremarkable. Stroma shows focal infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Prostatic enlargement.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 6.5x5.5x0.8 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Prostare, TURP:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Nodular adenofibromyomatous hyperplasia with chronic non-specific prostatitis.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
