Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Extensively crushed fragments of fibrofatty tissue diffusely infiltrated by a malignant lymphoid neoplasm composed of large atypical lymphoid cells with hyperchromatic nuclei, conspicuous nucleoli, scant to moderate cytoplasm, and frequent mitotic figures.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">Immunohistochemical studies performed with appropriate positive and negative controls: tumor cells show strong diffuse membranous positivity for CD20 and are negative for CD3, confirming B-cell lineage. The Ki-67 proliferation index is approximately 25%.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Referred block for immunostaining of incision biopsy from bilateral neck mass.</p>
