Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Nodular hyperplasia of prostatic glands and the fibromuscular stroma. Glands exhibit focal cystic change with epithelial infoldings. The normal lobular pattern is preserved and cytologic features are unremarkable. Stroma shows moderate infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells with formation of lymphoid follicles. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Enlarged prostate gland. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 2x1.5x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Prostate gland, TUR: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Nodular adenofibromyomatous hyperplasia with chronic non-specific prostatitis.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
