<p class="ql-align-justify">Partially skin covered soft tissue piece measured 2.8x1.5x1 cm, showing an ulcerative mass measured 2.8x1.2 cm. The mass extends to excision margins grossly. Also received three soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1.5x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
