<p class="ql-align-justify">Nodular hyperplasia of prostatic glands and the fibromuscular stroma. Glands exhibit focal cystic change with epithelial infoldings. The normal lobular pattern is preserved and cytologic features are unremarkable. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Prostatic biopsy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 2x1.8x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Prostate gland, TUR: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Nodular adenofibromyomatous hyperplasia.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
