<p class="ql-align-justify">Lymph node shows preserved normal nodal pattern and hyperplasia of the lymphoid follicles which retain active and intact germinal centers with tingible body macrophages. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy. Immunohistochemical studies are recommended for confirmation (CD20, CD3 & BCL2).</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Referred block and slide for immunostaining of axillary lymph node excision biopsy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One referred paraffin block and one Hx&E stained slide coded 4152-26.</p>
