Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections from both sides show accessory breast tissues with preserved normal lobular pattern and marked dilatation of ducts which show retained secretions. There is minimal periductal mastitis. Cytologic features are unremarkable. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Bilateral axillary accessory breast tissue.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two specimens were received:</p><p class="ql-align-justify">1- Right: three fibrofatty tissue fragments collectively measured 4.3x3.3x1.3, largest measured 3x2.7x1.3 cm, totally embedded.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">2- Left: four fibrofatty tissue fragments collectively measured 4.5x3.5x1.2 cm, largest measured 2.3x2x1.2 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Bilateral axillary swellings, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Accessory breast tissue with duct ectasia.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
