Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Cyst wall shows partial lining by stratified squamous epithelium with related sebaceous glands and some hair follicles. There are islands of bony tissue , mature smooth muscles and mature adipose tissue. No evidence of immature elements. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p>Left ovarian cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Cystic lesion 7.5x5.5x4 cm, cut section is unilocular and full of greasy material containing hairs. Inner surface shows a whitish elevation 3.5x3 cm with yellowish fatty cut section. Ovarian capsule is intact.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt ovarian cystectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mature (benign) cystic teratoma. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
