<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid uterine lesion covered by hyperplastic, non-secretory, focally cystic and moderately branching endometrial glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Islands of these glands are entrapped within the core of the polyp which is rich in whorly smooth muscle bundles. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Mass protruding from the cervix.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Rubbery polypoid fragment measured 2.5x2x1.5 cm.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><em><u>Mass protruding from the cervix, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Adenomyomatous polyp.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for atypia. </strong></li></ul>
