<p><strong><em><u>Ascitic fluid, cytology:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hemorrhagic with mild inflammatory changes.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignant cells. </strong></li><li><strong>Category II according to The International System for Reporting Serous Fluid Cytology, ISRSFC. </strong></li></ul>
