Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections from intact cysts revealed cyst wall showing focal lining by skin with hair follicles, sebaceous glands and sweat glands together with underlying rich adipose tissue. Other areas show ulceration of lining with related dense inflammatory infiltration including foreign body giant cells. Fallopian tube is unremarkable. No evidence of immature elements</p><p class="ql-align-justify">Sections from opened cyst revealed show cyst lined by several layers of polygonal luteinized cells with interstitial hemorrhage into wall. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Bilateral ovarian cysts.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Three intact cyst with smooth outer surface largest measured 5x4.5x4, filled with sebaceous material and hair. Also received an opened cyst measured 3.5x2.5x0.7 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Bilateral ovarian cystectomy</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mature monodermal cystic teratoma (Dermoid cyst), inflamed. </strong></li><li><strong>Hemorrhagic luteal cyst. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
