Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Endometrium is non-secretory, it is formed of slightly branching and focally cystic glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Stroma shows a pseudodecidual change possibly </p><p class="ql-align-justify">due to hormone therapy. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. Some of these hyperplastic glands are seen embedded within deep myometrium Cervix show Nabothian cysts and mild endocervicitis. Rt. ovarian mass show a benign ovarian stromal tumor formed of irregular bundles of proliferating fibrocytes. Cellularity is mild to moderate. No evidence of anaplasia and mitosis is not active. Lt. ovary shows corpora albicans. Fallopian tubes are unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Rt ovarian mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy specimen; uterus measures 7x4.5x3 cm with myometrial thickness of 1.5 cm showing and endometrial thickness of 0.3 cm. Cervix is 2.5 cm, long. <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">The left ovary measured 2.5x1.5x1 cm, grossly unremrkable. The right ovary replaced by firm mass measured 7.5x5.5x5 cm having homogenous whitish cut section. The right and left fallopian tubes measured 5 cm and 4 cm in length, respectively, and are grossly unremarkable</span></p>
<p><strong><em><u>Panhysterectomy</u></em></strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Moderate cystic endometrial hyperplasia with associated focal mild atypia. </strong></li><li><strong>Rt. ovarian fibroma. </strong></li><li><strong>Cervical Nabothian cysts and mild chronic endocervicitis. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
