<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid lesion formed of non-secretory hyperplastic endometrium, it is formed of branching glands exhibiting moderate cystic dilatation with focal crowdness. Glands are lined by 1-3 layers of cells. Stroma is compact with scattered thick walled blood vessels. No evidence of complex pattern, atypia or malignancy.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">Rest of endometrium is hyperplastic and non-secretory. It is formed of moderately branching glands separated by cellular stroma and lined by 1-2 layers of cells. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Endometrial polyp.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1.5x1x0.6 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><em><u>Endometrial polypectomy & biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Hyperplastic endometrial polyp.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Moderate simple endometrial hyperplasia. </strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for atypia. </strong></li></ul>
