<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Immunostaining was done with appropriate positive and negative controls and revealed:</strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify">CK & EMA diffusely positive.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">CD34 negative.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">ER negative.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">PR positive with strong intensity in 50% of tumor cells (Allred score 6/8).</li><li class="ql-align-justify">HER2 negative score 0.</li></ul>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Referred block for immunostaining of biopsy from right proximal femur fracture with history of breast cancer, diagnosed as degenerated sclerotic bone and callus formation with few cells if undetermined significance, recommended for typing by marker study (pathology number 4122-2026 on 24 June 2026).</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two referred paraffin blocks. Immunostaining was performed on one of them.</p>
