<p class="ql-align-justify">Endometrium is non-secretory formed of hyperplastic endometrium with mildly branchinh glands, lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Stroma is compact. Myometrial tumors are benign leiomyomas formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. Cervix shows Nabothian cysts with mild endocervicitis. Ovaries and fallopian tubes are unremarkable. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Panhysterectomy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy specimen: the uterus measured 7.5 x 4.5 x 4 cm with a myometrial thickness of 2, showing two fibroid masses the largest measuring 0.7 cm. Endometrial thickness measured 0.3 cm. The cervix measured 2.5 cm long. The right ovary measured 2.5 x 2 x 1 cm & right tube measured 5 x 0.5 cm; the left ovary measured 2 x 1.5 x 1 cm & left tube is 5 x 0.5 cm, all are grossly unremarkable.</p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Panhysterectomy:</u></em></strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Mild simple endometrial hyperplasia.</strong></li><li><strong>Leiomyomas.</strong></li><li><strong>Chronic non specific endocervicitis with Nabothian cysts. </strong></li><li><strong>Ovaries and fallopian tubes are unremarkable.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for atypia or malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
