The tissue shows a polypoid mucosal projection composed of bland, proliferating biliary epithelium forming branched, papillary, and mildly cystically dilated tubular structures with fibroedematous cores, lacking dysplastic changes. The adjacent gallbladder wall exhibits focal mucosal ulceration, mural fibrosis, smooth muscle hypertrophy, deep mucosal invaginations (Rokitansky-Aschoff sinuses), and a patchy lymphoplasmacytic inflammatory infiltrate throughout the stroma. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.
