<p class="ql-align-justify">Smears show unremarkable squamous cells, satisfactory for evaluation with present endocervical / transformation zone components. There is no associated inflammatory changes. No evidence of viral or trichomonal infection. No evidence of atypical or malignant cells.</p>
<p>Pap smear for cytology examination.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two smears were submitted labeled as endocervix and ectocervix. Both were stained with pap.</p>
