<p class="ql-align-justify">The larger fragment showing breast ducts are dilated with mild periductal infiltration by lymphocytes, plasma cells, macrophages and neutrophils. Section from smaller fragment showing subcutaneous cystic lesion with fibrotic wall and lining by hyperkeratotic stratified squamous epithelium. Lumen of cysts contain some keratin flakes. Surrounding tissue shows dense infiltration by lymphocytes, plasma cells and neutrophils aw well as some foreign body giant cells. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.</p>

<p class="ql-align-justify">Two soft tissue fragments, the first measured 3.5x3x2.8 cm, showing rubbery are measured 3x2.5 cm. The second is partially skin covered measured 1.7x1.5x1 cm with underlying indurated area 1x1 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Breast mass, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Subcutaneous inclusion epidermal cyst, inflamed.</strong></li><li><strong>Duct ectasia with periductal mastitis (non-specific). </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
