<p class="ql-align-justify">Fragments of degenerated decidua, fetal membranes and enlarged, edematous and focally avascular chorionic villi exhibiting cystic degeneration of their cores (cistern formation). No evidence of fetal tissues. No evidence of trophoblastic hyperplasia or atypia. No evidence of malignancy.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">Myometrial tumor is a benign leiomyoma formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Suspected vesicular mole with myomectomy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 11x6x5 cm, totally embedded. Also received well circumscribed rubbery whitish mass measured 2x1.5 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Uterine contents, D & C:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hydatidiform mole, partial type. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Myomectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Leiomyoma. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
