<p><strong>Specimen 1: Kidney (Radical Nephrectomy)</strong></p><p>Procedure: Radical nephrectomy</p><p>Histologic Type: Clear cell renal cell carcinoma</p><p>Tumor Size: 4.5 cm in greatest dimension</p><p>WHO/ISUP Grade: Grade 2</p><p>Tumor Extension: Limited to the kidney</p><p>Tumor Necrosis: Present</p><p>Lymphovascular Invasion: Not identified</p><p>Surgical Margins: Negative for tumor</p><p>Pathologic Stage (AJCC 8th Edition): pT1b pNX</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Specimen 2: Panhysterectomy</strong></p><p>Endometrium: Simple endometrial hyperplasia without atypia</p><p>Hyperplastic endometrial polyp</p><p>Myometrium: Deep adenomyosis.</p><p>Cervix: Chronic cervicitis with Nabothian cysts.</p><p>Bilateral fallopian tubes and ovaries: No significant histopathologic abnormality.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Cevical mass with left lower pole renal mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two specimens were received.</p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy specimen: The uterus measured 7.5 × 5.5 × 4 cm with a myometrial thickness of 2 cm. The endometrium measured 0.4 cm in thickness and contained a gray polyp measuring 1.3 cm. The cervix measured 2.5 cm in length. The right ovary measured 1.5 × 1 × 0.5 cm, and the right fallopian tube measured 5.5 × 0.4 cm. The left ovary measured 1.5 × 1 × 0.2 cm, and the left fallopian tube measured 6 × 0.5 cm. Both adnexa were grossly unremarkable.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Nephrectomy specimen: The kidney measured 8.5 × 5.5 × 4 cm and was surrounded by perinephric fat measuring 12 cm in maximum dimension. An attached ureter measured 10 × 0.4 cm. On sectioning, a well-circumscribed solid, firm, orange-yellow mass measuring 4.5 × 3.5 × 3 cm was identified.</li></ul>
