Parts of cyst wall partially lined by non-keratinizing squamous epithelium with dense infiltration of wall by lymphocytes, plasma cells, macrophages and neutrophils. This inflammation extending to surrounding bony tissue. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.
