Diagnosis
<p>Sections show a tumor formed of proliferating meningothelial cells with focal whorling. Areas of the tumor shows intracytoplasmic lamina with dense eosinophilic secretion (pseudo- psammoma bodies). The cytoplasm of these cells is eosinophilic and abundant and cell borders are ill-defined. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. Picture is consistent with secretory meningioma. This is a WHO grade I meningioma.</p><p><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Lt. frontal extra-axial dural based enhanced lesion with surrounding vasogenic edema.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1.7x1.5x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt. Frontal extra-axial dural based enhanced lesion, biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Consistent with secretory meningioma. </strong></li><li><strong>WHO grade I.</strong></li></ul>
