Fibrotic cyst wall is devoid of epithelial lining. No evidence of hepatic parenchymatous tissue. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Hepatic cyst compressing Rt. renal and supra renal gland.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Received opened cyst wall measured 6x2x0.5 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Abdominal cyst, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Adrenal pseudocyst. </strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
