<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections show benign non-capsulated soft tissue tumors formed of lobules of mature fat cells separated by thick fibrovascular trabeculae rich in collagen. Main possibility is fibrolipoma. However, for definitive exclusion of neurofibromas, marker study (S100, SOX10 and KI-67) is recommended. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Multiple nodules in the face and loin.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two soft tissue fragments, one of them is partially skin covered and measured 1.5x1x0.7 cm, the other measured 1x1x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
