Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Cyst wall shows partial lining by stratified squamous epithelium with related sebaceous glands and some hair follicles. There are islands of bony tissue , mature smooth muscles and mature adipose tissue. No evidence of immature elements. Rest of ovarian tissue shows cystic follicles. No evidence of malignancy. </p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p>Ovarian mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Ovary measured 4x2.5x2.3 cm, showing multiple unilocular cysts largest was 0.7 cm in greatest dimension. Received in the same container separate intact cyst measured 3.5x2.5x2 cm, filled with yellowish material and hair. Also received fallopian tube measured 5 cm long.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt ovarian cystectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mature (benign) cystic teratoma. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
