Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid lesion composed of hyperplastic endocervical mucous glands and covered by focally ulcerated columnar endocervical epithelium. Stroma is fibrotic and vascular and shows focal infiltration by inflammatory cells. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Post coital bleeding. On examination: Cervical small polyps.</p>
<p>Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1x0.8x0.4 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><em><u>Cervical polypectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Inflamed hyperplastic endocervical polyps.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for atypia. </strong></li></ul>
