<p>Tumor cells show strong diffuse cytoplasmic staining for CK.</p>
<p>Gastric mass. Endoscopy: irregular wall thickening include distal part of body of stomach and antrum causing severe narrowing in lumen of antrum and pylorous.</p>
<p>Received one paraffin and two H&E slides coded 9117-25 (Al-Mamoon Laboratories) with attached report. Section immunostained for CK.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Gastric Mass, Endoscopic Biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><p><strong>Poorly cohesive carcinoma (poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma), grade 3.</strong></p>
